So what the F*ck is a Growth Marketer? Well, to start, that’s my job! Over the last few years, my own definition has changed a lot, and the days when I thought it was just about making ads on Facebook or choosing and mastering the right tools, are over. I made all the mistakes and fell into the shiny object syndrome. I thought doing Growth was all about finding the good hacks, tricking the leads to make them fill the right form or using the new tool that would change the game. But here’s where the plot twists: I was wrong, and I don't want you to make the same mistakes I did. **The Real Essence of Growth Marketing:** 1. Growth is all about Strategy, not just Tactics: It's all about understanding your audience deeply and bringing value at every touchpoint.  2. Growth is Data-Driven, but Human Centric: Data will help you make the right decisions, but don't forget every data point is a human being.  3. Long-Term over Short-Term: Leave the shiny objects and the quick wins to beginners, building growth is building strategic foundations that will last.  4. Experiment and learn from your failures: Every mistake made is a stepping stone. They'll teach you more about true growth than any "hack" ever could. 5. Community and Content are key: Growth is not just about selling; it's about starting conversations and being a genuine part of the dialogue. Let's discuss!
